Materials Estimate & Quote
Precision takes a little time, but it saves you money. Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed job quote.
- Smart Sourcing: We cross-reference local suppliers to find the lowest cost for materials.
- Flexible Logistics: We’ll discuss the best way to get supplies to your door. You can choose to purchase and have them delivered yourself, or I can handle the shopping and transport for you.
Step 3:
Scheduling & Job Start
Once the quote is approved and materials are sourced, we get you on the calendar. We pride ourselves on being flexible with our scheduling to work around your busy life, ensuring the project starts at a time that is most convenient for you.
- Communication when we are heading to your job site
- Documentation and receipts for simple expense tracking
- Simple payment processing
Straightforward Pricing that Makes Sense
No hidden fees or complicated math. Our labor is billed at a flat rate, ensuring you get professional quality without the guesswork.
- Hourly Rate: $75 per hour
- Hourly Minimum: 2-hour minimum per visit
- Predictable Service Fee: A one-time $30 fee per job that includes Travel, Administrative Time, Personal Tool Use, etc.
